The Veils toured their 2006 record 'Nux Vomica' in a dizzying variety of
the world's corners, and then took the first few months of 2008 off to
write and recover. But now they're back. After living for three months
in a vintage sportscar storage warehouse in Oklahoma writing new songs
and playing them to unsuspecting passers by, a recording studio beckons
in the near future. Meanwhile, four no doubt semi-crazed nights at the
Enterprise, with guests, Djs and a mix of new and old songs seems an
appropriate way to bring in the spring. Visits to the marathon for chips
and wine afterwards optional, but recommended.
