Formed in late 2008, the band have spent 2009 and 2010 getting in the van, travelling the country and honing their live show playing with the likes of My Passion, Kill Hannah and Sugarcult.

All driving rhythms and punchy high energy guitars overlaid with infectious vocals, Octane OK’s material is produced by Romesh Dodangoda at Longwave (Lostprophets, Kids in Glass houses, Attack Attack, The Blackout, Funeral For A Friend and Motörhead).

Their singles Fly Again and Curtain Call were widely picked up by both radio and TV. In addition to numerous plays across XFM and Kerrang radio, the video reached No 8 on Kerrang TV Most Wanted, Scuzz TV’s top favourite on their bangin Rock Video’s section and made the Top Ten on Kerrang & Scuzz TV request charts.

Octane OK were nominated in the 'Best British Newcomer' Catagory for the Kerrang awards 2011 & are currently writing and recording material for their debut album – due end of 2012.
