One could say that the British death metal scene has now had its fill of those pungent death metal bands that our sewers spewed up in the wake of Bring Me The Horizon but when those bands are infinitely better than the Sheffield boys who's to complain? Emily Rose are the latest bunch of up and coming brutalists to try their hand at the death metal game. With much more to their guttural, beat-down soaked death metal than many bands at their stage, these boys may be young but along with the current crop of Brit bands like Trigger The Bloodshed, the British death metal scene has finally discovered that image can't get you very far and are realising that there is a lot to be said for quality, 100% death metal. Currently locked away in a rehearsal room honing their hateful sound, these boys are preparing to emerge from the underground as savage as fuck.

For all those who want a student night with an alternative twist. At the Baitshop we're all about the upcoming trends whilst keeping a finger in the pie of those gone by. We've got everything from Deathcab and The Shins through to Basement Jaxx and the Chemical Brothers without forgetting to stop by Michael Jackson, Prince and Madonna. Hopefully bringing the vibe of the OC and movies such as Garden State to you and your night out.
