J.D Smith is a London based solo blues/punk/rockabilly who has been trying for the past 4 years to bring Rockabilly back from the brink and allow this amazing music to gain a larger audience. Having stayed outside of the Rockabilly scene (but some very enjoyable times within), where Rockabilly music has found itself very much alive but stuck. With an idea, a guitar and a heap of Punk rock thrown in J.D. is hoping to wake people up to the idea that a solo act doesn't have to mean folk, it can also be dangerous again.
